[Purpose/significance] For sorting out the context and development trend of theory and practice in the Chinese library community in the past ten years, the themes of Annual Conference of Chinese Library Society and the titles of the annual conference essays were taken as research samples to analyze the distribution and evolution of relevant topic words.[Method/process] Firstly, high-frequency keywords of acquiring relevant topic words from the 2007-2017 annual meeting were selected to generate co-word matrices. Then Ucinet and SPSS were used to analyze the static distribution of topic words, and combined with the "PRHW" index data to analyze the dynamic evolution of them. Finally, for the typical topic words, the co-word timing network was constructed from the perspective of the full-topic word, and its evolution characteristics were refined.[Result/conclusion] The static distribution features of related topic words were analyzed through word frequency, centricity and clustering. The high-frequency words of annual meeting theme and the essay thesis words had a good consistency. The thesis topic words were more microscopic than the annual meeting theme topic words; none of them has a significant centrality; the clustering results were merged into seven specific groups based on the principle of similarity and merging. The dynamic evolutionary characteristics of thematic words were analyzed through word frequency timing and co-word timing. The four aspects of long-term attention, early attention, recent attention to ascent and recent attention to decline were identified by the PRHW indicator. The microscopic evolution characteristics of related topics were refined.
