Abstract

[Purpose/significance] The establishment of Ministry of Emergency Management of the People’s Republic of China marks the entering of domestic emergency management talents training and capacity building into a new era. Discussion on the training of emergency management information analyst for emergency management in the era of large data aims to promote the capacity building of emergency response. [Method/process] Through literature survey and network investigation, the problems and shortcomings of the current emergency management Information analysis personnel training are analyzed and the corresponding suggestions are put forward. [Result/conclusion] It is found that with the advent of the big data age, the domestic emergency management information analysis work and the demand for talent are increasing, and the requirements are constantly improved. The relevant laws of emergency management information talents should be promulgated, setting up and perfecting the corresponding system, to set up a unified training standard, standardize the curriculum system, strengthen the construction of teachers and teaching materials, increase the cooperative training mode of communication and cooperation, and carries out the evaluation of the training effect. In order to improve the efficiency and level of emergency management, a team of professionals to deal with emergencies should be trained.
