[Purpose/significance] Constructing maturity assessment model aiming at local open government data portal is significant to further enrich the evaluation theory of open government data, position the problem and propose specific improvement suggestions.[Method/process] It constructed maturity model with five levels and three dimensions for local open government data portals based on capability maturity model and information architecture theory. Secondly it established measure standard of each index about each dimension combined with data management maturity model, service capability maturity standards of data center, and open government data maturity model. Lastly, it took provincial portals as examples to carry out maturity assessment.[Result/conclusion] After assessment, the problems of each portal in three dimensions of "data management", "data service" and "user participation" were found, and the improvement direction of each portal were concluded.
