[Purpose/significance] Aiming at the problems of digital resource management in the process of promoting flat service, standardized digital resource management system is implemented to improve the level of digital resource management and the efficiency of flat service.[Method/process] Implementation of digital resource standardization management will be realized through screening parameters of digital resource management, formulation of standardized coding, formatting input of navigation information, standardized operation of maintenance and processing, and formatting output of analysis report.[Result/conclusion] Through digital resource standardization management system construction,the library's digital resources can be inventory, the management order of digital resources has been optimized, and the precise service level of digital resources has been improved.
