Research on the Architecture of Emergency Decision Intelligence Engineering Driven by Cloud Platform

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] The use of intelligence engineering thinking into the cloud platform driven emergency decision-making, aims to make emergency decision-making more efficient and scientific.[Method/process] The paper analyzes the characteristics of emergency decision-making requirements, introduces intelligence engineering thinking on the basis of engineering value model and intelligence system, that is "fact data" + "method Tool" + "expert wisdom" three elements, and then builds a cloud platform driven emergency decision intelligence engineering architecture.[Result/conclusion] According to the function effect, cloud platform driven emergency decision intelligence engineering architecture is constructed from the requirements layer (aggregating requirements, selecying information), work layer (mining intelligence, enhancing value), operation layer (integrating knowledge, integrating wisdom) and service layer (rapid response, precision service) four aspects, so that emergency decision intelligence can be engineered and paralleling, providing some ideas for emergency decision-making in practical application.
