Abstract

[Purpose/significance] Through the research of scenario extension of sci-tech information services, this article provides a targeted path and method for developing and integrating sci-tech information services into the sci-tech services.[Method/process] The methodology is proposing and analyzing the sci-tech information scenario triple, furthermore researching how to launch sci-tech services by the case study of integration sci-tech services for city clusters in the middle reaches of Yangtze River.[Result/conclusion] The results show 2 fundamental approaches for launching sci-tech services under the new scenario, one is resource integration and the other is service coordination.
