Abstract

[Purpose/significance] Studying the online health information search behavior of professional women and exploring its influencing factors, can help the health information platform to provide targeted information services for professional women and meet the health information needs of professional women. [Method/process] Based on the theoretical basis of stress coping theory and technology acceptance model, a model of influencing factors of Internet health information search behavior was constructed, considering the moderating effect of social support on stress, professional women were taken as research objects, and empirical research was conducted through questionnaire survey and structural equation modeling. [Result/conclusion] The results of the study show that the work pressure, family pressure and physiological pressure faced by professional women will cause women to have anxiety, thus prompting them to search for online health information. At the same time, the usefulness and ease of use of the Internet also determine the online health information search behavior of professional women. It is worth noting that we find that social support not only does not alleviate the impact of various stresses, but it will exacerbate stress, especially the impact of physiological stress.
