Research on Knowledge Flow Model in Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Under Different Governance Mode

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] In recent years, entrepreneurial ecosystem has become a hot topic in entrepreneurial research. However, there are few studies on knowledge flow from the perspective of governance mode of entrepreneurial ecosystem. Therefore, by studying the characteristics of knowledge flow among enterprises in different governance modes of entrepreneurial ecosystem, enterprises can promote their own innovation and the diffusion of innovation, and then advance the healthy development of the whole entrepreneurial ecosystem.[Method/process] Combined with the evolution process of the governance mode of entrepreneurial ecosystem, this paper put forward the hierarchical governance mode and relational governance mode in different development stages of entrepreneurial ecosystem, and constructed the knowledge flow model among enterprises under different governance modes, namely, the knowledge flow model under hierarchical governance and the knowledge flow model under relational governance.[Result/conclusion] Under the hierarchical governance mode of entrepreneurial ecosystem, knowledge flow forms knowledge supply chain; when the governance mode is between hierarchical governance and relational governance mode, knowledge flow changes from knowledge supply chain to knowledge network; when the governance mode is under the relational governance, the knowledge flow direction has diversified characteristics, forming knowledge network.
