A Study on the Impact of the Quality of Live Online Teaching Platform on the Learning Ability of University Students in the Information System Success Model—Chain-Mediating Effects of Knowledge Sharing and Satisfaction

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] The impact of the quality of live online teaching platform on the learning ability of college students and its path is discussed in order to provide a reference for the study of live online teaching in universities.[Method/process] Based on the characteristics of live online teaching, the D&M model is used as a framework, and knowledge sharing and satisfaction are used as chain mediators to construct a model of the impact of the quality of live online teaching platform on the learning ability of college students. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 578 college students and the collected data were tested.[Result/conclusion] The system quality and service quality of the platform have a direct and significant positive impact on the learning ability of college students; the direct impact of the platform's resource quality and function quality on college students' learning ability is not significant, but the indirect impact is significant; knowledge sharing and satisfaction together play a partly mediating role between the platform's system quality, service quality and college students' learning ability; knowledge sharing and satisfaction together play a completely mediating role between the platform's function quality, service quality and college students' learning ability.
