Abstract

[Purpose/significance] Mining the application value of blockchain technology and precision service in academic library,and make full use of blockchain technology to enhance the efficiency and expand the field of precision information service of academic libraries, and so as to obtain accurate information service path. [Method/process] This paper analyzed the problems existing in precise information service of university library and the necessity and feasibility of applying block chain technology, so as to obtain precision information service path. [Result/conclusion] This research combined the blockchain with precise information services of academic libraries. Taking advantage of the "decentralization" of the blockchain to build a blockchain alliance system for precise library services. Utilizing the advantages of blockchain "information symmetry" and integrating xAPI technical specifications to establish a library information service storage platform based on blockchain technology. Taking advantage of the "traceability" of the blockchain to establish a library's precision information service traceability system. Using the data storage advantage of blockchain cryptographic algorithms to establish institutional knowledge base data sharing services.
