Research on the Construction and Evolution Path of the Innovation Ecosystem of Network Information Resources Copyright Transaction

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] Promoting online copyright trading under the new situation can accelerate the value creation and value transformation of information resources. Constructing the innovation ecosystem of network information resource copyright transactions and exploring the evolution path are conducive to revealing the growth law of online copyright trading and guiding the sustainable development of network copyright industry. [Method/process] Based on the theory of dissipative structure, according to the core elements and processes of network information resource copyright transactions, the innovation ecosystem of network information resource copyright transactions is constructed and defined, and the evolution path of copyright transaction innovation is explored, as well as the evolutionary stage of the development of China’s network copyright industry is calculated. [Result/conclusion] In the innovation ecosystem, the quantitative and qualitative changes of the innovation subjects, as well as the real-time information transmission, material circulation and energy flow between the innovation elements such as law, culture, technology and innovation input, have promoted the system evolution, and achieved three innovative effects: innovation of network information resources, innovation of copyright management activities and innovation of copyright trading services. Our country’s online copyright industry is in a period of rapid expansion, suggestions are put forward to support the stable operation of the innovation ecosystem of online copyright trading, including the multi-entry of subjects, the improvement of laws and policies, the enhancement of copyright literacy, the application of advanced technology and the increase of innovation investment.
