Analysis on Cooperative Behaviors of Scientific Data Open Sharing from the Perspective of Citizen Science

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] By analyzing the cooperative behavior of scientific data open sharing from the perspective of citizen science, this paper provides a reference for improving the practical cooperation level of open sharing of scientific data in China.[Method/process] This paper uses literature analysis method to sort out the basic concept of citizen science and its relationship with the open sharing cooperation of scientific data, and constructs the cooperation model of open sharing of scientific data from the perspective of citizen science. Based on this model,this paper analyzes how stakeholders cooperate in the open sharing of scientific data.[Result/conclusion] The stakeholders can achieve various forms of open sharing cooperation by formulating policies and agreements for open sharing of scientific data, co-funding open sharing activities, and carrying out cooperation on open access to scientific data, open access publishing, open review, and OpenURL in the environment of citizen science.
