[Purpose/Significance]With the increasing popularity of digital cultural heritage,its resource construction,technology empowerment and service supply urgently need to improve quality and efficiency through collaborative governance.[Method/Process]Firstly,through the method of literature research,this paper discussed the rationality of collaborative governance of digital cultural heritage;Secondly,using the content analysis method,the collaborative elements in cultural heritage governance were extracted from the texts such as papers and policies,and the logical framework of collaborative governance was constructed in combination with the characteristics of digital cultural heritage;Finally,with the help of case analysis,Europeana project was selected for mapping analysis to verify the above logical framework and explore its implementation path.[Result/Conclusion]The logical framework of collaborative governance of digital cultural heritage is mainly composed of subject collaboration,resource collaboration,service collaboration and technology collaboration,which has been verified in practice.Its implementation path includes:create a multi-agent cooperation network,create unified standard scheme,create various resource services,and provide operable technical solutions.
