[Purpose/Significance] It is pointed out that the integration of university campus culture and tourism can better realize the complementary advantages, strengthen the educational function of cultural people, and promote the construction and development of each other’s culture. [Method/Process] This paper analyzed the important significance of school local cultural tourism integration in the context of cultural tourism integration era, and in view of the obstacles such as traditional tourism concepts and the subordination and level between schools and places in the process of the current school local cultural tourism integration joint activities, combined with the case of the Ninth College Students in Xuzhou to inherit and popularize the history and culture of Xuzhou, through in-depth analysis of the concepts, internal characteristics and the correlation with education of culture, tourism and tourism culture, furthermore, it is proposed to establish an innovative integration mechanism by strengthening the integration of school local culture and tourism concepts, organizations, platforms and resources. [Result/Conclusion] The school and local culture are deeply integrated, resources are used flexibly, and advantages are complementary, in order to transform the local culture and tourism resources into educational resources, the campus culture of colleges and universities should be transformed into the power and vitality of the sustainable, rapid and healthy development of the local literature and tourism, is the requirement of the times, but also the need of each other’s internal development, to fill the development gap between the two sides to achieve high-quality development.
