Domain Tacit Knowledge Map Construction Driven by Diffusion of Innovation: A Case Study of Microelectronics

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] To explore the tacit knowledge diffusion and transfer behavior under the diffusion path of knowledge innovation, and to construct the knowledge map containing the tacit knowledge of experts and scholars, which is of great importance to promote knowledge sharing and innovation. [Method/Process] First of all, from the perspective of the fusion of science knowledge map and mapping knowledge, it was clear about the innovation diffusion driven principle of tacit knowledge map construction, on the basis of constructed the tacit knowledge map to build process model, and in the microelectronics field, for example, around the theme, subject, organization, regional innovation diffusion path within the four dimensions, the internal connection of tacit knowledge were derived from the carrier. The tacit knowledge map was constructed by means of visualization to explore the rules of the diffusion and transfer of tacit knowledge of experts. [Result/Conclusion] This study proposes a tacit knowledge map construction scheme in the field of microelectronics driven by innovation diffusion, which tracks the knowledge flow behavior between the context of knowledge innovation diffusion and tacit knowledge carriers, and can fully meet the unique needs in the three scenarios of expert positioning, team construction and expert recommendation.
