[Purpose/Significance] This paper tests the influencing factors of the supply quality of public digital cultural services, studies the influence degree and action path of the influencing factors, in order to put forward suggestions for improving the supply quality of public digital cultural services. [Method/Process] This paper designed a chain mediation model and measurement indicators for the influencing factors of the supply quality of public digital cultural services, and conducted validity analysis and chain mediation effect test for the data collected from the questionnaire. [Result/Conclusion] The research confirms that the environment, platforms, resources, activities, service personnel, feedback and users all have a positive and significant impact on the supply quality of public digital cultural services, and there is a chain mediating effect of ‘user-feedback-service provider-supply quality’, and puts forward some suggestions for improving the supply quality of public digital cultural services.
