Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] This article systematically summarizes the expert opinions of the “Second Symposium on Smart Libraries and Smart Services”, promotes the construction of smart libraries and the improvement of smart service capabilities, and points out the direction for the development of smart libraries. [Method/Process] Interpret the report content of 10 experts, analyze the cognition and main views of experts on smart library and smart service, and extract the essence and trend of smart library and smart service. [Result/Conclusion] Smart library and smart service are a process of continuous development. It is necessary to further clarify the construction requirements and path of smart library, and grasp the development trend of smart library.
