[Purpose/Significance] This paper focuses on the new emerging resource acquisition model of library——evidence-based acquisition, and investigates the evolutionary game model among its related players to promote the development of evidence-based acquisition. [Method/Process] This paper constructed a tripartite evolutionary game model of libraries, users, and resource providers by sorting out evidence-based acquisition, analyzing its replication dynamic equations as well as evolutionary stabilization strategies and simulating them through MATLAB. Then it dissected the impact of different parameters on facilitating the evolution of evidence-based acquisition, clarified the interaction and association of their related objects, and gained insight into the dynamics of evidence-based acquisition. [Result/Conclusion] The model has two evolutionary stabilization strategies, and suggestions are made for the development of evidence-based acquisition by combining the game results with the actual situation.
