[Purpose/Significance] The study aims to reveal the influencing factors, working mechanism and dynamic evolution law of scientific data sharing willingness to provide a reference for the following-up research and practice. [Method/Process] A theoretical model of scientific data sharing willingness was constructed based on the stimulus organism response theory. 435 valid questionnaire samples were empirically tested via structural equation model to get the path coefficients among variables, based on which a system dynamics model was conducted to emulate the dynamic evolution of the relationship among variables. [Result/Conclusion] The path of “trust→sharing attitude →sharing willingness” is the basic logic pushing scientific data sharing forward. Mutual benefits, social interaction and data quality have remarkable positive influence on trust, and their effects are ranked as “mutual benefits>data quality> social interaction”. Meanwhile, the perceived behavioral control has prominent positive influence on sharing willingness while subjective norms are insignificant. Under different circumstances, the trust rate, the initial perceived behavior control and the initial degree of sharing willingness all exert influences on scientific data sharing willingness. Finally, suggestions of promoting scientific data sharing were proposed based on main research conclusions.
