[Purpose/significance] Archinves digitization brings new challenges to archival copyright protection. Systematic analysis and management of the copyright risks can help promote the legal advancement of the archives digitizaion and the modernization of archival undertakings.[Method/Process] From the perspective of whole-process, it systematically analyzed the copyright risks in each process of archives digitization, including the early stage (preparation), the middle stage (reproduction, storage, and development), the later stage (dissemination, and utilization), and further clarified the copyright risks management strategies.[Result/Conclusion] In the early stage, copyright risks should be avoided through copyright matters consultation and copyright status examination. In the middle stage, it should be controlled through copyright process management and long-term supervision. In the later stage, it should be prevented through copyright obligation compliance and user regulation. Therefore, a whole-process management system of copyright risks can be established, and the all-round risk management can be realized.
