[Purpose/Significance] This research systematically and comprehensively summarize the set of influencing factors of college students’ online health information seeking behavior, and analyze the key influencing factors and hierarchical path through actual survey data. [Method/Process] The research first sorted out, extracted and verified the set of influencing factors of college students’ online health information seeking behavior through qualitative meta-synthesis method and expert scoring method. Then, the questionnaire survey was carried out and the fuzzy DEMATEL model was used to calculate the influencing and influenced, centrality and causality values of each factor. Finally, the hierarchical progressive structural model of the set of influencing factors was constructed using ISM model. [Result/Conclusion] The research results reveal that a total of 19 factors, including demographic characteristics and individual characteristics, would have an impact on college students’ online health information seeking behavior, with 11 factors such as individual characteristics, health status and literacy ability, indentified as key. In addition, the 19 influencing factors could be further divided into surface, middle-layer and deep-layer factors. Combined with the research findings, several practical suggestions were put forward from the perspective of the system structure of influencing factors, key influencing factors and hierarchical paths.
