[Purpose/Significance] Rural non-government libraries serve as a vital force in promoting rural cultural revitalization. Their high-quality and sustainable service supply relies on the synergy of multiple elements, which ensures value co-creation and demand-supply alignment. Exploring the multi-dimensional collaborative service supply model of rural non-government libraries helps clarify the contributions and interaction mechanisms of different actors, thereby optimizing service supply mechanisms, improving library service quality, and advancing rural cultural development. [Method/Process] Based on an overview of the development and service supply characteristics of rural non-government libraries in China at different stages, this study conducted a four-month field investigation at the “Jiayue’s Rural Library” in Enshi City, Hubei Province. Applying synergy theory, the study examined its multi-dimensional collaborative practices and operational model from three aspects: stakeholder collaboration, resource coordination, and service process collaboration. [Result/Conclusion] At the stakeholder level, collaboration involves both explicit actors (resource supporters, service providers, and service recipients) and the transformation of potential actors into explicit ones. At the resource level, it encompasses the organization and redistribution of internal resources, as well as the coordination of accessible external resources. At the service level, it includes both basic and advanced services. Key strategies for ensuring effective collaboration include: establishing and sustaining diverse partnerships while emphasizing user participation; enhancing the professionalism of resource organization and management while fully leveraging available resources; developing a diverse array of activities and expanding service coverage.
