Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] The research focuses on the perspective of Human-AI Synergy to elaborate its enabling models and implementation logic for intelligent services of Traditional Chinese Medical Books, aiming to address the current dilemmas of insufficient resource integration, semantic mining, and interactive efficiency in service provision. [Method/Process] Firstly, through a systematic literature review, this research clarifies the characteristics of existing intelligent services for Traditional Chinese Medical Books and proposes a three-tier “resource-knowledge-wisdom” evolutionary model for ancient book services from the Human-AI Collaboration perspective. Secondly, by integrating typical case studies and focusing on the practical applications of Human-AI Collaboration in this field, a theoretical model of intelligent services for Traditional Chinese Medical Books under the Human-AI Collaboration perspective is constructed. This model centers on service processes, technological applications, and role interactions in Human-AI Collaboration, refining human-AI role positioning, collaborative workflows, and enabling mechanisms suitable for intelligent service scenarios of Traditional Chinese Medical Books. [Results/Conclusion] This study proposes an intelligent service model for Traditional Chinese Medical Books from the Human-AI Collaboration perspective, and further specifies the “data fusion—knowledge mining—intelligent service” implementation approach refined in the research process into an implementation logic of “data fusion governance, knowledge mining construction, and scenario-based intelligent service”. This provides a practical pathway for the future development of intelligent service models and knowledge transformation in the field of Traditional Chinese Medical Books.
