Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] Focusing on the practical dilemmas of the discipline of Information Resource Management in the practice of empowering New Quality Productive Forces, this study aims to provide theoretical basis and practical guidelines for the discipline to accurately align with national strategies and social needs, and effectively support the development of new productive forces through systematic research. Furthermore, it seeks to help construct a discipline system of Information Resource Management with Chinese characteristics and foster a collaborative development ecosystem where the discipline and New Quality Productive Forces coexist and thrive. [Method/Process] Based on Marxist theory of productive forces and system science theory, this study sorts out the historical origin of Information Resource Management empowering social productive forces, clarifies the internal logic of Information Resource Management empowering New Quality Productive Forces, explains the conceptual connotation of the New Quality Information Resource Management Productive Force Element System, and puts forward the “Five-in-One” overall framework for Information Resource Management to empower New Quality Productive Forces with this as the core. [Result/Conclusion] This study presents the systematic project of Information Resource Management empowering New Quality Productive Forces in the form of a picture, reveals the dynamic and complex interactive relationships within the New Quality Information Resource Management Productive Force Element System, as well as the internal logic of guidance and support among the five dimensions(scientific and technological innovation, industrial innovation, development mode innovation, institutional mechanism innovation, and talent cultivation innovation) empowered by the New Quality Information Resource Management Productive Force Element System. It contributes disciplinary wisdom to promoting the iterative upgrading of productive forces and realizing Chinese-style modernization.
